Susquehanna Smallmouth Bass can’t match the size of the giants we catch in the north country but what they lack in size they make up with aggression and their ability to use the current to their benefit. We will show you how to target the biggest fish in the area using some of the newest technologies like Garmin Livescope and Hummingbird 360. We will show you how to use the smallmouths agressive nature to catch them. We use equipment from Hummingbird, Garmin, Minn-Kota. Millertech, Mercury Marine, Ranger Boats and RiverPro Boats. The Great Lakes along with connecting waterways are full of the largest smallmouth in the country. These waterways are loaded with Gobys and this is a recipe to grow giant Smallmouth . We catch 7 pound lunkers every year with many in the 6 pound range also. Spring and fall is the best time to target these Giants.

Lake Oneida is by far the premier Walleye fishery of the northeast. Most anglers routinely catch a limit of walleyes when we target them. Spring and fall are the best times to fish for these fish. The north branch of the Susquehanna River offers some very good walleye fishing at times with fish approaching 5 pounds. The fall is the absolute best time to target these fish.

My goal is to provide you with a memorable experience whether from battling a giant smallmouth or the breathtaking scenery the Historic Susquehanna River and Finger Lakes provide. I will share with you the techniques I have learned in my 50 years of bass fishing. I am a lifelong resident of NEPA and has been fishing this region over 50 year. After spending many years on various Bass Tournament Trails I moved to guiding on the Susquehanna River and Finger Lakes. I am a full time guide and spend about 250 days a year on the water. I am very knowledgeable on the latest techniques and lures. I will show you the latest techniques includping LiveScope,360 and review the basics to efficiently utilize your time. I understand not everyone wants to throw crankbaits or jerkbaits all day there are usually several patterns going on so I can usually accommodate other techniques you would rather try. l also have several other guides available so larger groups requiring more than one boat are welcome. All skill levels are also welcome. We will make whatever adjustments needed to make your trip an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Cancellation policy please read.
Cancellation: The only reason I would cancel your trip is due to a emergency situations such as high water or heavy stained wind. In such cases your Deposit Will be refunded or you can reschedule your trip within the calander year, your choice. A phone call will be made to contact you as soon as there is a definite possibility of adverse condition. Cancellations made by clients will result in loss of their deposit if the cancellation is made 7 days or less from the scheduled trip. If you must cancel please call and officially make a cancellation. If myself or a staff member ends up going out to meet clients and they don't show up, the clients will receive a bill in the mail for the day. CPR: Catch Photo and Release. ALL BASS WILL BE RELEASED in order to maintain this world class fishery. Catfish and walleye under 21 inches may be kept.
